In this session we first of all looked at many of the famous make-up artists works to have a better understanding in the makeup for fashion. Later on, we created makeup looks on paper for the outfits we created in the session before. After that we were required to do the makeup, we designed on ourself or our friends.
I had fun during this session even though I am not considering to study fashion makeup. It was very interesting to think outside of the box for the makeups because, I always put-on makeup, but in a much more casual and daily way. Tring to do makeup in an artistic way was very exciting for me. Also, for sds we were required to create more fashion makeup looks and I had fun doing this task with my friends. At first, I had a little bit trouble figuring out the best angle for my shoots, but later on I did many experimental shoots and there were many pictures that were great.
This session made me understand what fashion makeup is and how creative and hard it actually is. Although it was very fun trying creative ways and expressing my creativity with fashion makeup.
